Team Tupola - Leadership Training

We are gearing up for 2022 and making a lot of progress!! Thank you to those who participated in our April 13th retreat at Camp Homelani.  It was a beautiful camp site and we were able to review and evaluate last year's campaign.  As part of the feedback from the retreat, we decided to do a leadership training open to all members of the team.  There were times and there will be times when you will be called upon to lead.  We want to give you the tools and resources to achieve the goal!

Who will be Training? This will be a one day training with Andria Tupola & Time 4 Change Hawaii.

Will there be food? Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be provided.

What ages are invited? Adults.  Teenagers are allowed to register and attend.  However, we will not be providing childcare for the younger ages.

What is the itinerary of the day? We will divide the group into four and everyone will be able to attend three break out sessions with the following topics: Mind Set, Skill Set, Tool Set. The last hour of the training will be a large group discussion and review of concepts taught.
